Slow Flow Yoga improves strength, balance, flexibility, and focus while reducing stress. Good for all fitness and experience levels. Instructed by Heather Lear. Participants are to bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. This class meets once a week for 6 weeks.
Ages: 18 & up
