Cardio Drumming

Cardio Drumming is a full body workout. We move to the rhythm of music using drum sticks, yoga ball and a bucket. We will also focus on toning using light hand wrights. No experience is needed. Cardio Drumming is great for all fitness levels. Please bring a large bucket, yoga ball, and light hand weights. Drum sticks are available for purchase for $5. Instructed by Maria Marzouq.

Day: Mondays  Time: 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Session: September 2- October 21

Day: Wednesdays Time: 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. & Time: 6:30-7:30 p.m. 

Session: September 4- October 23 

Day: Fridays Time: 10:00 -11:00 a.m. 

Fee: $40 resident/$50 non-resident 

Drop-in pricing: $6 resident/$7 non-resident
